Your new go-to dessert for special gatherings
Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 2 cup powdered sugar
- 5 tbsp cocoa (or 2 sq. confectioners chocolate)
- 1/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 container vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 package chocolate sandwich cookies
Instructions
- Grind the cookie crumbs in a food processor. Set aside.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan on low heat.
- Add the powdered sugar, evaporated milk, and vanilla.
- Stir the chocolate sauce until smooth and warm.
- Using an ice cream scoop, make 4-5 inch ice cream balls.
- Roll the ice cream balls in the crushed cookie crumbs.
- Top with the chocolate sauce.
